Completion Ceremony Set for 58th California State Fish and Wildlife Academy

The Butte College Public Safety Education and Training Center announces the California State Fish & Wildlife Academy Class 58 Program completion ceremony will take place on Friday, August 14 at 10 a.m. at the Paradise Performing Arts Center, 777 Nunneley Road.Speakers include Dr. Samia Yaqub, interim Butte College President, Charlton Bonham, Director of the Department of Fish & Wildlife, and Barry Ceccon, Lieutenant, Department of Fish and Wildlife.

A total of 30 cadets will be participating in the badge pinning ceremony and certificate program ceremony.

Several Fish & Game Academy Awards will be presented for Top Driver; Outstanding Performance Defensive

Tactics/Arrest & Control; Top Report Writer; Outstanding Performance Crime Scenarios; Top Athlete; Most Outstanding; Most Inspirational; Class Lieutenants; Top Gun; and Top Duck.
